I'm an early 30s, self-taught artist born & raised in the Pacific Northwest. I am fairly reserved, but enjoy pleasant and civil interactions with folks. My work is done digitally via graphics drawing tablet and Clip Studio Paint, where I can draw a large variety of different things, including animals, mythical creatures and beings, humanoids, and furries.

POLICIES & TERMS OF SERVICE
The following outlines and details my policies and terms of service for my commissions. By commissioning me you agree to all of the terms presented below. Failure to comply with my policies may result in being blocked on all platforms & added to my blacklist.I reserve the right to refund a commissioner or refuse a commission for any reason (Such as rudeness or being unreasonably difficult to work with). While I grant the IP rights of character designs to their new owners', I retain all copyrights to the art itself and the right to upload it to my own social media, other display sites, or portfolios.None of my work is to be used for any of the following:Racist, homophobic, transphobic, sexist, or other bigoted purposes.
Commercial use without payment of related fees.
Base making, tracing, or frankendolling.
Generative AI Image data set training.
Re-posting without permission.Commissioners/Design Owners have my permission to:
Re-upload my art to their respective galleries or character repositories (DeviantArt, FurAffinity, Toyhou.se, etc.) with proper credit to myself for the art and/or design.
Make alterations adjustments in design, color, origin, et cetera to characters I have made or art I have created.
Re-sell characters/designs purchased from me (Requested not do so for more than was initially paid without additional art/content).
Won't Do
Extreme Gore/Gruesome Death (Blood, bone, etc is fine; no viscera, guts)
Vehicles & Machinery (Armor & Some Cyborg/Mecha parts are fine)
Anything racist/homophobic/transphobic/etc
Heavy NSFW (Genitalia, fluids, etc)
Any Fetishes

Payment
Payment is 100% up-front required.Payments will be done through Paypal invoice (Goods & Services). When ordering your commission please provide the Paypal email you'd like the invoice sent to (Not Paypal.me Addresses).Work will not begin on your commission until payment is made. Payment is due within 24 hours of an invoice being sent unless agreed upon otherwise. Time of payment fulfillment will also affect your completion date & place in my public Work Queue.I do not do payment plans save for rare exceptions with frequent commissioners.
Timeframe
Average turn around time is 6-8 weeks but may vary if a large number of projects are in my queue.Especially large projects (Several full color comic pages, Full body scene w/ a dozen+ characters, etc) will likely take more time than the average.If you have timeline/deadline concerns, please notify me and we can discuss further.You can keep track of your commission progress outside of my working hours by viewing my public Trello work queue.

Pre-Initial Sketch Complete - Full Refund
Post Sketch, Pre Lineart - 75% Refund

Additional Fees
Complexity FeeAt my discretion, if I think a character will take additional time outside the norm due to complicated design/details/etc, a Complexity fee of 20% of the commission Base Price (Before Additions like BG or extra characters) will be added.Example #1. A complexity fee on a basic shaded feral full body piece would add $4.40 (20% of base $22) for a new total of $26.40 ($22 base+$4.40 fee = $26.40).Example #2. A complexity fee on a full shaded anthro full body piece with a Medium BG would add $7.20 (20% of base $36) for a new total of $63.20 ($36 base + $7.20 fee + $20 BG add-on = $63.20).If there are additional complex characters included they may incur their own complexity fee.Excessive Revision FeeI will allow several small changes to a WIP commission (During Sketch, Lineart, or Coloring steps) as well as fix any mistakes I have made without issue. However, if you have me greatly rework a sketch multiple times or completely redraw something, you will incur an Excessive Revision fee.For each large alteration or complete resketch I am asked to do, you will incur an additional 25% fee of the base commission price (Before Add-Ons) of a lineart version of that commission type.Remake fees are to be paid after commission completion & you will be informed prior to adjustments if you are incurring them to avoid surprises.Example #1. I sketch an anthro full body for you. You dislike the composition overall and request a new pose/angle/everything. This will incur a remake fee of $4.50 (25% of an anthro full body lineart piece).Example #2. I sketch a feral half body for you. Twice, you change your mind on the mood & pose of the character and request it be redrawn. This will incur a remake fee of $5.00 (25% of a feral waist up lineart piece times 2).

Below you will find details regarding rules, the various tiers for extended art, & add-ons for the adopts (Grid, Premade Sheets, & Mystery Egg Sheets) I sell on DeviantArt, FurAffinity, Toyhou.se, & Ko-Fi.This page exists for me to easily and quickly make adjustments to rules, prices, estimated turnaround time, and what tiers and add-ons I would like to offer for my adopts. Rules
The rules below regard what you may/may not do with designs adopted from me.Please credit me for the original design and do not remove my watermarks. You will, however, also receive NON-watermarked versions for your own use. Please abide by the following, as well my Terms of Service.
You may tweak the final design/details as much as you like once complete. Adjustments will be made by myself only if made mistakes on requested features/details.
Please don't re-sell for a higher price than you paid for the design alone w/out extra art/etc.
Holds up to 24 hours ONLY. No extensions past that. Payment allows for 24 hours after initial invoice has been sent.
Payment is made up-front through Paypal Invoice. Payment plans for large amounts may be accepted for regular clients only.

I offer adopts in many different forms, from headshots to full bodies, to full sketch pages. The price varies between tiers, as well as whether the design is from a Premade sheet where you have more idea what you're getting or from a grid or Mystery Egg sheet where there is more surprise involved.All art is colored & basic shaded unless stated otherwise.All prices listed are for non-commercial rights only. For commercial rights, the price increases as follows in alignment with my commercial fees:

Add-Ons
Various different add-ons are available as extra art for my adopts from simple single headshots to entire scenes featuring the designed character once their design is finalized. These prices are the same across all types of adopts I offer.Add-Ons CANNOT be added at a later date after adopt completion. If additional art of a designed character is wanted after the design is delivered, it must be commissioned at my ordinary commission prices.

Custom Designs
I offer two options for making full custom designs. Simple Design Packages and Concept Design Packages, as detailed following.
Simple Design Package ($32.00+)
Creation of an oc/custom design. Customs can be created with very specific details in mind or based on things like aesthetic, theme, or a breedable style creating a fusion or hypothetical offspring of two+ characters.Choose if you have an already defined description/idea for what you would like. Comes with WIP check-ins at Sketch stage by default, or at Lineart & Flat Color as well by request.Creation of an oc/custom design. Concept Design Package ($85.00+)
A more in-depth and involved custom creation to process to help nail down a character from a variety of sketches and color palettes. Better for those who have a basic/minimal idea/concept and want to explore multiple potential directions.The process will go as follows:
Step 1) Initial information is provided (Theme, character idea, potential color options, etc)
Step 2) 5 different very rough character siilhouettes are created. You choose 1 to be cleaned and lined and moved onto the next step. Attributes from different silhouettes may be combined.
Step 3) 3 Grayscale versions of sketch chosen in to determine patterns/markings/clothes are created. You choose 1 to be moved onto the next step.
Step 4) 3 different color palettes are applied to the chosen character sketch & pattern/markings/clothes.
Step 5) 3 different headshots are sketched based on your choice of emotion.
Step 6) (Optional) Steps 1, 2, 3, & 4 are repeated for one of either Cutiemark/Tattoo, Accessory, or Sidekick/Familiar.
These packages are for new/custom characters ONLY and are not available for characters who already have art/designs.

Tauric Characters
Tauric characters (Centaurs, driders, & their various hybrid ilk) costs are the average of the cost of a feral character and a humanoid character for that tier.EXAMPLE
A tauric basic shaded full body is $26.00, the average of $22.00 (feral) and $30.00 (anthro/humanoid).
